We have a rigorous hygiene program in place and conduct comprehensive testing and auditing to ensure that our milk is free from harmful organisms. We have been successfully providing high-quality milk and have no reason to believe that we can’t continue to do so.

Waiver Statement: Raw milk may contain harmful microorganisms that can cause serious illness. Raw milk RCS verifications may identify areas for improvement to reduce the frequency at which pathogens will be present in raw milk at the level of concern; however Raw milk RCS verifications do not eliminate the risk of serious illness. Heating raw milk to 70 ⁰C for one minute will greatly reduce the risk of illness, which is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.
